Book comments
Should it be appropriate for us to add other comments to books, and what would be the best way to do this in the template? EG: I'd like to note that the austern book is based on the SGI STL, and contains material that's not part of the standard library (in my version, and afaik the most recent) -- for instance slist. - i don't see any point in putting it in the template, just write it in the "review" paragraph. — twincest
