Hi, my name is Soronel and if you are reading this you have far too much time on your hands. Get a life!

The areas of programming I enjoy most are windows application development, both user and server. I have worked on enterprise level systems in this field. I have also worked as a technical reviewer for Wrox on several .NET books. I currently have no need for employment and spend my days as a beach bum on the south east Alaska coast. As part of my prior work i have done intensive work with relational databases.

Besides computer programming I also enjoy writing fiction, though again only as a hobby. I sometimes write poetry, and have even written stories in real-time on EFNet for an audience.

I have lived in many different places within the United States, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho (where I spent much of my youth), California, Alaska and Guam. I have also experienced several modes of living, including several years twelve miles outside a town of 300 people, living without electricity or running water. I have also lived in south-central Los Angeles while attending the University of Southern California, but found that city dwelling is not for me.

I am politically anti-moderate, with strong libertarian views. I enjoy the lively debtes/discussions/flame wars that efnet #c++ so often descends into.
